Putting Together a Workwear Uniform: Wrangler, Part One

Depending on your job, there are a wide variety of uniform choices available. We carry some of the top brands in the workwear industry, like Red Kap, Chef Designs, Bulwark, and Wrangler. We post a lot of blog articles featuring our favorite Red Kap items, because, well, Red Kap is the leading workwear brand for the automotive industry. But what if you’re not in the automotive industry? We have a whole host of other options to help you put together the best workwear uniform for your needs. Wrangler has a few options that are gaining popularity, and are the best choice for contractors, and other jobs that require both a professional appearance, and comfortable, durable clothing. Let’s look at our Wrangler workwear functional cargo pant, and pair it with our Wrangler long sleeve work shirt.

The men’s functional cargo pant, by Wrangler, is designed for ultimate comfort and durability. The fabric is a cotton/polyester blend, canvas weave. Using a canvas weave allows for better color retention and durability. These wrangler pants have a higher percentage of cotton than a lot of other pants on the market, making them softer and more breathable on the job. With a wrinkle resistant finish, these pants will continue to look good after a long day’s work. This cargo pant has a modern low rise fit, and features a full inseam gusset for greater range of motion and strength. Double needle stitching offers extra durability and a clean appearance. The pockets are a big selling point, so let’s look at what’s available on these work pants: two side pockets, two back pockets, and each one of these pockets is designed to lay sleekly inside the pant leg, but features 13 inches of space. That means you can easily fit a ruler into your pocket for easy access on the job. Two expandable front bellow pockets, with snaps, are great for holding extra gadgets you need on the job–a tape measure, extra nails, notepad, you name it. You can toss these pants in the wash at home, but they are sturdy enough to hold up to industrial washings, making them a great choice for outfitting large crews. These work pants are available in four color options: black, charcoal, khaki, and navy.

If you are interested in this pair of work pants, be sure to check out our Wrangler apparel on our website. The cargo pants are a great choice, but we also have plain front pants, and work shorts. Whether you are looking to outfit a large crew, or just get a few durable workwear pieces for yourself, these Wrangler garments are excellent choices. Try pairing these pants with one of our many shirt options–you can look under the “Shirts” category on the left hand side of the screen, or look at the “Wrangler Workwear” category to see work shirts with the same dependability and styling as the work pants above. You’ll even get to see the shirt we will be featuring in part two of this post!
